Last week, we tracked more than 70 tech funding deals worth over €745 million, and around 8 exits, M&A transactions, and rumours; all alongside a host of related news stories across Europe.
Looking at the investments in the week behind us, there were a couple of interesting deals which have put Spain and Estonia in the top slots in terms of the total amount raised.
Spain’s ID Finance secured €139.5 million in debt financing and Heura Foods which secured €40 million in Series B to boost plant-based foodtech development. On the Estonian front, delivery robot company Starship Technologies confirmed a $90 million round, while core banking provider Tuum has raised €25 million, as it targets new markets in the DACH region, southern Europe and the Middle East.
