OfficeGuy was developed as a web application that allows organizations to manage their office information and processes. The system can be operated on any smart device, operating system, or browser. OfficeGuy offers four major applications: general management (CRM), accounting management, credit clearing, and collection management (billing). The account management system enables users to send receipts to the customer at the time of issue, automatically sending accounting documents, such as invoicing receipts, from users' mobile phones. The credit clearing system works from mobile devices and computers, and it automatically issues invoices and receipts to customers. The collection management system enables customers to manage debt and make scheduled debits and credits.
