Blend360 and Fin Capital Join Forces to Support AI Innovation in Fintech

Blend360, a provider of AI talent and data science services, has entered into a strategic partnership with Fin Capital, an investment firm focused on B2B fintech software. The collaboration aims to support enterprise teams building new AI-powered tools and financial technologies.

The partnership, announced on May 28, reflects a growing effort by large companies to engage with agile technology partners in response to rising interest in generative AI, embedded finance, and advanced data-driven applications.

Bringing New Products to Market

Under the terms of the agreement, the two firms will work directly with corporate clients to identify use cases and launch new software products. Blend360 will contribute its AI-focused development resources and strategic advisory services, while Fin Capital will provide fintech expertise and support startups building in the space.

The firms also plan to connect Blend360’s services with Fin Capital’s Lighthouse Platform—a portfolio management tool designed to support venture-backed fintech companies—offering a combined approach to accelerating product timelines and reducing risk.

A Coordinated Approach to Enterprise Needs

The partnership is structured to assist companies that are navigating unfamiliar technologies while also trying to bring commercial products to market. By combining Blend360’s technical implementation experience with Fin Capital’s exposure to fintech investment cycles, the collaboration is intended to offer a more coordinated and realistic route to enterprise innovation.

As part of the initiative, Blend360 will engage with Fin Capital’s corporate network and portfolio firms to provide on-demand AI teams, help with data science strategy, and contribute to venture-building efforts. Fin Capital, in turn, will help surface and guide fintech partnerships that align with larger innovation agendas.

Responding to Shifting Priorities

The move comes at a time when many corporate innovation groups are under pressure to move faster without increasing risk. In-house development teams are often stretched thin, and new technologies like AI are evolving more rapidly than traditional product timelines can accommodate.

By providing external support in both talent and investment, Blend360 and Fin Capital are positioning themselves as strategic partners to firms that need help turning exploratory ideas into working solutions—particularly in highly regulated sectors like financial services.

The partnership also reflects broader industry efforts to connect venture-backed development with corporate demand, especially where fintech meets artificial intelligence.
